Fox Hollow Riding Academy offers English hunter-jumper education in Azerbaijan for students aged 6+. Come join our program for a warm welcome!ridingIn Azerbaijan, our riding school offers programs for all ages, starting at 3 with Pony Pals. We prioritize proper horsemanship, beginning with unmounted lessons to build safety and respect before riding. This foundation sets our students up for success in the saddle.
Equestrianism essentials include:
Horse behavior, communication, and safety
Equine anatomy, health, care intro.
Horse nutrition and daily care.
Proper tack and gear use.
Grooming and presentation are vital for respect and tradition at Azerbaijani riding school.
At the Azerbaijani riding school, children learn equestrian skills and essential life lessons like selflessness, discipline, responsibility, and hard work. This holistic education fosters independence as students master grooming, tacking up, and horse care. After completing basic horsemanship classes, students enjoy riding time as a reward. As they advance in riding skills, they deepen their horsemanship knowledge, becoming skilled and adaptable equestrians for the future.

Pony Pals
Pony Pals - Level 1: Ages 3-5. 30-minute lessons offered.
Designed for young horse lovers, this introductory course provides a captivating entry point to the world of ponies with four ground-based horsemanship lessons. Participants explore equine communication, safe pony handling, and essential grooming practices, a beloved activity among students. The program frequently showcases Peanut, our charming miniature horse. Upon completing these foundational sessions, children can progress to Level 2 for hands-on pony riding experiences.
Cost: $340 for 4 lessons.
Pony Pals - Level 2 (Ages 3-5), 45 min lessons.
Our Young Rider Level is tailored for beginners, aiming to acquaint children with the riding process. Kids assist in grooming and tacking up their pony before enjoying some saddle time. With a focus on fun and safety, they practice on the leadline, enhancing their balance and learning fundamental riding positions. The monthly cost for one lesson per week is $460.
Training Program
Led by Grand Prix rider Nicki Mathen, our riding school in Azerbaijan excels in training riders for success in hunters, jumpers, and equitation, producing national champions. With a background in the European system and strong connections, Nicki provides top-quality equine partners for all skill levels. Her expertise, international credentials, and nurturing teaching approach make her indispensable to our school.
